Terms of Service

By using DARE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

DARE is an anonymous messaging platform that allows creators to receive honest, anonymous messages from their audience.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DARE
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

You may NOT use DARE to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users
• Share illegal content of any kind
• Impersonate other people
• Send spam or flood the service
• Circumvent security measures

Anonymity does not grant permission to harm others. DARE may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law. Messages may be reviewed for safety compliance.

• You own the content you create on DARE
• You grant DARE a license to display your content to provide the service
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Guest users may subscribe to a Pro plan. However, guest sessions expire after 30 days and cannot be recovered. DARE cannot be held liable for the loss of access to a subscription purchased from a guest session that was not converted to a regular account. We strongly recommend creating an account before making any purchase.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

DARE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
